Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free Forever plan limits unless you resubscribe.
Refunds
14-day trial: if you are on a trial period, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Paid subscriptions: except where required by applicable consumer law, fees already paid are non-refundable for the current billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days at [email protected].
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
For consumers in jurisdictions with statutory withdrawal rights (including distance sales regulations), you may withdraw within the legal period by notifying us at [email protected].
If you requested immediate access to digital services during the withdrawal period, you may be charged proportionally for the period used, as permitted by law.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing issues directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
