Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OnCallKeeper websites, applications, and related services (the "Services") operated by TAKIMCA DANISMANLIK A.S. and RISEON TECHNOLOGIES LTD.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
Services
OnCallKeeper provides uptime monitoring, alerting, on-call scheduling, incident management, and related reliability tooling.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed per plan (flat rate), not per seat, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described on our Pricing page and in your subscription agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully or to transmit malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services
- Resell or sublicense the Services without written permission
- Submit personal data you are not authorized to process
Intellectual property
The Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to OnCallKeeper. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in writing.
Monitoring alerts and notifications may be delayed or fail due to network conditions, third-party integrations, or misconfiguration. You remain responsible for your production systems.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnCallKeeper shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
